Mechanics

Aluminium transom, rubber noise proof profile with sliding rail. The Operator cover has supports to allow it to be dropped down rather than held up or removed. Double carriage wheel assembles to each leaf. The design and selection of material make it silent running.

Electronics

The JL 90 / 150 has a single control panel which includes a switch mode power supply, a battery monitor and charge circuits, a microprocessor, photocells, activation and side screen safety inputs. An emergency input will open the door at any time. Circuits for electric lock are provided. A facility is provided to interlock the door with an analog input. The operator is normally provided with a 3 position key switch, a 5 position key switch or digital selector is available.

Safety

The microprocessor manages door movements by monitoring all control and safety devices, whilst parameters such as force, auto reverse, opening and closing speeds are all controlled by the JL 90 / 150 software.
